Formed in 2016 and borne from a previous business partnership dating back more than a decade, Punta Rassa Capital is a well-suited and highly experienced commercial real estate developer based in Central Florida. Most of PRC’s development projects are within the state of Florida, however PRC can service the Southeast United States. Whether it is a build to suit program or a highest and best use redevelopment, Punta Rassa Capital is fully capable and well diversified to streamline the development process and experience for themselves or for a client.
PRC has entitled and developed many projects throughout Florida. Developing in this state can be more challenging than in others due to Florida’s stringent code compliance and strict local municipalities. As primarily a Florida developer, and their extensive experience throughout the state, PRC has not only built a brand and an identity, but they have forged deep relationships from all over the U.S. through the work they have done prior to and since its inception.
